Cannot cancel MAC EMP research! (bug)

It's very annoying because I always accidentaly want to look at the map when I have the robotics factory selected and it starts researching the damn emp and I just waste resources and time.
Please fix.

    I think this happens with any upgrade on the robotics lab actually iirc.
