The idea behind this ability is relatively straight forward:
First, the fade finds a safe spot they want to return to. They mark it by firing (or alt-firing) the ability once.
Then, when the fade wants to get back there, they fire the ability again and are instantly (perhaps after a short charge period) teleported back to the marked location.
Particularly brave fades could try using it in combat. Before an assault they could poke their head out to mark the wall behind the marine base. Then, while all the aliens are rushing in, they blink to the mark and flank the marines.
I haven't decided whether the mark should be visible to everyone, just the aliens or just the fade.

I can only see this being balanced if it required a channeling time of a few seconds that is interrupted if the fade moves or is attacked or something along those lines. Otherwise, when a fade is almost dead they'll just start the teleport while mashing the SHIFT key.
