Mark a Server as not modified after install DAK admin mod?

<div class="IPBDescription">some Problems DAK</div>I recently played on a server with voting options / surrender options etc ... so i think they use the DAK admin mod... but the server was not marked as modded (white in the server list).
I tried it myself (started with -mods "5f4f178") and my Server is marked as a modded serverand i needed to activate the mod in the mod list manually.
How can i do it better? I dont want people to activate something before they can join and the DAK should not need a client part as far as i think.
and Sorry for my bad english... its not my mother language.

There are instructions in the DAK documentation and in the forum thread in the modding forum.
