120hz?

Does anybody know a console command or a launch option to set the refresh rate in ns2? I wasn't able to turn up anything with google. I have amd 7870 if some knows a workaround through the graphics cards properties.

    If you use the vertical sync setting (double buffered, tripple has too much imput lag where double is acceptable to some extent...), wouldn't it use the 120Hz that way? Not in terms of FPS though, cause FPS at that amount is simply impossible at this moment (in combat)

    No thats not the same thing, turning on vsync will limit fps to the monitor refresh rate in order to prevent frame tearing. Increasing the buffer would not change the refresh rate. They are really unrelated quantities.
