Better network search options

It's a bit hard to form groups with friends if you don't have a favorite server in common.

- The server list needs a 'Server name' filter box
- All searches must be case-insensitive substring matched. (The 'Game' filter for example is case senstive ('NS2' will give no results)
- Preferably there should be more Steam integration so that you can invite friends, or let friends join in a server that you are playing on

    I agree with your other two points, but the third is already implemented. You can follow and invite steam friends in NS2.

    I have a mod that does exactly what you ask (well points 1. and 2.) and more. It's posted on Steam Workshop with the name Better Serverlist.
