  This is a great idea, but I'm not sure if the lua bindings can control multi-monitor setups. This is probably something that would need to be implemented at a lower level by Max or one of the other engine devs. So, I'm guessing this isn't really possible as a mod.   Alas, if this was done as a mod, it'd probably only work on a select few servers due to consistency checking.
