NS2 start up crash

Hello, so i bought NS2 yesterday and instaled it. When i press the play button my screen gets black and it just crashes. I read the topics and stuff how to fix it like deleting the folder in %appdata% and deleting the shaders but it still doen't work.What do i do to fix this problem please help
