Somewhat major 3rd hive bug

This has happened to me twice now, and it's a pretty major bug IMO. Sometimes, I can't upgrade the 3rd hive to shade/shift/crag. It's just been happening in this latest build. This is how it went:
-First 2 hives were built. The alien team was absolutely dominating, so I built the 3rd and 4th hives at the same time. They both finished at around the same time. Then, neither hive was letting me upgrade it to shade hive. I don't remember if either one was used to research an upgrade before trying to upgrade it to shade hive.
-First 2 hives were built. 3rd hive was built, and it was used to research blink. After, it would not allow upgrade to shade hive.
I suspect this happens sometime after the 3rd hive is built, and the commander uses it to build things like drifters or class specific upgrades.

Just to say I have the same bug sometimes. But I'll add something.
When I make my 2nd hive, and I made Shift or Crag hive with the first hive, the camo is already not available for the second hive (not always). So the bug is quite earlier that you thought.
Hope it will be fixed by 236, really anoying to be unable to build strong defenses because you don't have this shade...
Lost my last game (5min ago) because of that.
