No menu visible

Hi,
today I wanted to play NS2, but there was no menu after I startet the game. It only loads the background and the cursor shows the loading symbol. The console and the steamcommunity works. The last time I played was august this year and all worked fine, but that was on my old notbook (win vista 32bit).
In the console it shows this, everytime I push any button:
[client] script error #XXX: lua/InputHandler.lua:40: attempt to call global "getGUImanger" (a nil value)
call stack:
#1 lua/inputhandler.lua:40
key = XX
down = YY
uo = ZZ
I've got windows 7 64 bit with a core i7 3610QM 2.3GHz, geforce gt650m 2gb, 8 gb ram, ssd, Asus N56V
