Can't See Walls/Floors/Objects

When I load any game I cannot see the floors, walls, or any objects. All I can see in the waiting room are the background mountains and the floating icons designating the Marine or Alien doors. I had steam validate files and nothing. Copy and pasted is my log file

    Same issue here mate after this update my ns2 has done the black screen!!!!

    You have to disable all AA options in your driver tools. If you are using AMD it's the Catalyst Control Center, if Nvidia I think it's the Nvidia inspector or something. Just set it back to default, even if you didn't change anything. Should fix the issue.
