<div class="IPBDescription">computer performance thread.</div>I want to make sure my computer will run it at a good frame rate.
Nvidia Geforce GTX 590 1.5gb
i7 2600k, overclocked to 4.6ghz
8gb RAM
You guys think I'll get >50 FPS?
EDIT: GTX 590 is a Dual-GPU card so remember that when typing out your posts; If the game has craptacular SLI scaling then I don't think I'll get it :\
EDIT2: guys i have ONE 590. Not two.
How will only one 590 run it?

OC your 590s to 650mhz if on stock cooler/voltage
I get 100fps at start of game and down to 75 mid-late
I am CPU limited with 4.8ghz 990x i7
Here is a tech support thread on SLI suggesting that Nvidia has recently added a SLI Profile for NS2:

I have an i7 2600k @ 4.5, 570, with ssd. I get 60-120 frames, sometimes dropping to 40-60 on the dumb 24p servers.
Your computer will run NS2 absolutely fine.
I get 60ps almost all the time. Of course it matters what settings you choose...

You're still gonna be fine. Game is very CPU intensive, which is not the low point of your rig.
