How do you want UWE to communicate future server changes?

Hey server ops!
I have been wanting to setup a mail list or something so we can discuss server changes/improvements with all of you.
So, what would you prefer?
A google group? (all communication can be on the email list)
A mailchimp list? (I think this would just be 1 way, and then we can use these forums for more discussion)
Just use these forums?
Any other ideas?
I am leaning towards setting up a google group as it is simple and I use it myself for other stuff.
Any other thoughts?
Thanks

Another preferred option would be just to update the current sources you have sooner. Such as updating the blog before updates are rolled out, posting a forum topic for future or current changes and getting the changelog posted to Steam news as soon as possible.
Suggestion for server change:
How about getting all the client files on the servers, so we can block them with consistency check?
Mailing list is ideal b/c a simple e-mail is a very powerful way of communicating to us. For one it works for EVERYONE as we all have e-mail. Second it allows us to take advantage of the many ways e-mail integrated into our lives and technology to ensure that we stay informed no matter what device we use or where we are.
Forums I think would get messy.

We just released another update to address the regression in the circular progress bars. This update also fixes some clients who were unable to launch the game because of a problem with Mss32.dll.
This update does not affect dedicated servers.

Hopefully with one major difference, UWE actually listening to server admins and mod developers and giving them feedback, instead of just completely ignoring everyone like Valve.
Like how valve has moved away from independent server operators with cs:go. They finally drew the line in the sand with that game.
On a related note a BIG THANKS TO UWE for working WITH us server operators! We love your game and want to offer the players on our servers the best experience possible so that they can all enjoy the game as much as us. I hope that UWE continues to recognize some of the unique needs in dealing with server operators.
I have created a google group: uwe-server-ops@googlegroups.com
Please join up! We will be posting messages to that group whenever we have an improvement or change to the dedicated server.
We also plan to get feedback using this group.
