once commander has 200 resources, they can't gain more

<div class="IPBDescription">does it mean the rest of your team will start gaining resources faster</div>Sometimes while commanding I have 200 resources. As soon as I see that, I start spending resources even though I don't have to because I don't want the resources to go to waste. But then I started wondering, do they go to waste once you hit 200? or does your team start getting commander's resources?

    Yes they do. The resource rules are:
    PRes = 100 limit, excess overflows to other players (not at the limit)
    TRes = 200 limit, excess is lost

    Woah holy hell son you oughta be spending every 75 res you have on an onos egg. Although, <i>I</i> usually waste too many res on other things for that, such as forward heal nests for the players.

    As com, you should never hit 200 Res. Even if you have 10 res towers you shouldn't. You should be spamming eggs/forwards bases on alien and medpacks/weapons/arcs on marine

    Was this changed recently? Me and a few others I've asked experience no excess overflows of pres either if a player has 100 res or is dead.

    Well I'm sure this has been said, but as a commander you should never get to that high of res. You should always be spending it on something or dropping exo/onos eggs
