Ok so thanks dev for the optimization as I don't lag as early anymore but I still lag. Now I understand that my Cpu is underequipped at just a mealsey 2.3 ghz but If I can play Tribes: Ascend on High settings then there is still yet hope right. Just looking for a little encouragement.

2.3Ghz doesn't say much about CPU. What kind of a CPU, with this I mean the type and generation of that type is it (intel iCore/C2Q/C2D, AMD Phemon)

Intel dual core i3 just under 6 months old and new drivers.

There is still a wide range of i3's as well, but currently less then 2.6Ghz or arguably 3.0Ghz will cause some problems, during heavy combat or end game with lots of structures on the map

I know its underpowered I just figured if I could play Tribes: ascend with high settings then perhaps some day in the future I will be able to play without my cpu being overburdened. Was just looking for some moral support I suppose.
