Yeah it was, There is actually still models in the NS2 files that say TSA instead of TSF. As well as if you watch some of the NS2 trailers it says TSA. Only one I can think of off the top of my head that shows it is the fade reveal.

It used to be TSA which meant Totally Safe Army but the marines didn't feel it was quite accurate, mostly due to the 98% mortality rate, so they changed it into TSF, as per the way you feel as you're about to be phased in. That Sickly Feeling.
