PC Locks up after exiting NS2

Ok so here's the problem.. My computer locks up after exiting NS2 completely and forces me to reboot, i play in Fullscreen Windowed mode.
Is anyone else having this problem and are there any fixes ?.
Specs:
OS: MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU: Intel Core i5 750 @ 3201GHz
RAM: Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 12GB (3 x 4GB) @ 1600MHz (9-9-9-24)
MOBO: ASRock P55DE3
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580
Soundcard: Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer
Is anyone else having this problem and are there any fixes ?.
