Any marine weapon can only be re-used a maximum of 3 times.
First purchase.
First pickup.
Second pickup.
Afterwhich the weapon is broken from all the hard use it's been through.
Still allows marines to recover weapons, but in base camp scenarios with 1 RT, this will prevent weapon recycling from making turtle breaking a pain.
