EU based casual group looking for players

Since there don't seem to be too many casual playing groups around, I have started my own.
We want to enjoy NS2 the way it was meant to be played: As a close-knit team. To achieve this and make the game fun for everyone, we will develop tactics and learn the game together, using voice comms for superior performance.
To ahieve this, I am looking to build a strong roster of players so we can have a few hours of fun and action filled NS2 gaming ever few days. The more we play together, the better we will get to know each other, and strangers will become friends.
We are NOT a competitive / hardcore / K/D-obsessed clan; We just want to provide a platform for old and new members who don't want to "Solo" anymore and are looking for a more organized form of play. no one is required to do anything, everyone just sets his or her own pace and plays whenever time and motivation permits.
Should we play on the same side on a public server, we are not playing to win at all costs; rather, we try to make the game enjoyable for ALL players. That means no "roflstomping" newbies and pubbers, no continuous Skulk rushes, no griefing. We realize that frustrating other players needlessly is the quickest way to make a game die, so if the other side loses badly yet is trying hard, why not just give em some slack? After all, you know you are better, but you don't have to show it ;)

I'm Norwegian but my English is pretty good and I have top notch audio equipment (studio quality)
I literally just only bought NS2 and am downloading it now, so I need to learn the ropes but I'm a quick learner. I've been a clan and guild leader since CS days haha, so joining a different outfit is a very rare occurrence for me.

My job pretty much prevents me from playing in a clan like I used to in Battlefield 2142, on work days I don't get online untill after 10pm UK time, but am online from then untill about 6am daily, and all day on my random 2 days a week off.
Consider myself a good public player with moderate to high skill, good game knowledge, and desire to cooperate.

Hey,
Signed up to the Steam group.
Bought the game on release, very very excited for it but I have no friends who play so find it hard to motivate myself to play. When it comes to gaming I always play team games and need people to talk to and socialise with, which is what brought me here.
I'll be honest. I am not the best player around, I suck at this game, but with some people to play/practice with I know I'll get a lot better pretty quickly. As an eSports hobbyist (I am one of those muppets who gives their free time in charity to an eSports organisation) I want to understand the game better to enjoy any competitive scene that develops from the game, which I hope does.
Look forward to playing with some of you guys.
