Some Technical Issues

<div class="IPBDescription">Graphic Bug + " TimeOut " Problem</div>First sorry for my bad engeleech.
I just bought NS2 yesterday and i can't play cause there is 2 problemes.
First, 90% of the server has " Timeout " problem, just after precaching i got a black screen with " BUILD 229 ( i think it's 229 ) " and then timeout !
I've tryed to low down the setting in steam, didn't change anything.
I've tryed to delete the cache of the game, didn't change anything
I've tryed to delete the " shader " file, didn't change a n y t h i n g.
So i thought, at least let's see in local how's the game.
So i lauch a game in explore mode and... i have no wall, no texture, no model, only .. i don't know how to describe it, i have " light " and the " background ", i tryed to take a screenshot but the screen appear black in paint.
I mean i see how many ammo i have but i don't have the gun, i see the map but no wall, no texture, i see arrow entering the command center but no commander center.
Well if u can help me i'll be very very happy.

i don't have anymore graphical problem.
Now how do i get out of timeout and i'll be very happy again.
