Menu shows up but can't click anything

It all begun with the menu not showing up at all so I reinstalled the game and still had the same thing. Reinstalled the game but this time I deleted every folder on the computer with the name Natural Selection. This time the menu started showing up but I can't click anything at all.

Tried reinstalling and rebooting and it isn't working. Heres a screenshot with the console open, even though it only contains scarce amounts of info.

    in %appdata%/Roaming/Natural Selection 2 if thats any help. I disabled Cloud so that might be the settings it's trying to retrieve, I honestly have no idea. I've tried everything I can think of right now.

    I fixed it!

    I used the map console command to enter a map (example: map ns2_docking), when I was ingame I realized I couldn't aim my weapon so I opened up the console and entered i_rawinput false command, and suddenly I could aim around and use the menus.

    Christ this took a lot of fiddling around to solve, hope this can help someone else.

    Thank you Veon, I have a problem very similar to yours, where instead of not being enabled to click the menus, I cannot see any of the "bottens" on the menus, only the background. Which as this is my favorite game, has aggravated me. q_q If you know how to help me thanks! I am also a noob with computers so could you be so kind and tell me how to type that into the console?

    Hi fallin,

    To open the console, press ~ (it's to the left of the 1 button)
    Then enter the command, (make sure nothing else is accidentally typed there) and press enter
