Mouse fail to respond occasionally during game time

It happens to me almost every game and it fails only a few sec each time but mutiple times during a game. And all other games are fine with my mouse. Does anyone having same problem as I do?

    Same here. Raw Input On in options helped a bit, but I can hardly even run through the corridors in training smoothly.

    This is the first time i have heard of this issue.

    Right off the bat i suspect something in the background is stealing your mouse.
    Are you running on a laptop? (touchpad drivers)
    Wireless or wired?
    Have you checked everything running in the background with task manager?

    you can always:
    1) Try creating a new account under windows and then ensure then only installing steam and ns2 then try it.
    2) Limit everything that starts when your computer starts up, save for microsoft only software/drivers by: windows key + R > msconfig > startup > deselect all that isnt microsoft corp. and "nvidia" or "AMD" > restart machine.
