In-game microphone gain boost

So in every other game, my mic works fine, but in NS2 people say I'm whisper quiet. My settings in windows are already basically maxed out, is there a setting in the console I can use to boost my mic gain?

There's no console command for that, so hopefully, the dev add that in the options in the future :/

same. i can actually hear feedback coming from my mic to the speakers, but no one can hear me.

I too have a similar problem, I practically have to scream to even get a word out.

Really hurts this game considering how much communication is required.
