Not receiving Digital Deluxe Edition content

Hello,
I preordered NS2 way back when it was still in beta, and I remember reading somewhere that people who preordered during that period are eligible to receive an additional copy of NS2 as well as a free upgrade to the Digital Deluxe edition. I have received the former, but not the latter. Perhaps I simply do not know exactly how to access this content, but I can't find it anywhere within the game files or within DLC or whatever. Could somebody help me out with, please?
