Hopping around as Marine

i played quite at lot since the game was released and there was a thing that really annoys me: Marines shooting while jumping around.
Its just not realistic seeing Marines with, i guess pretty heavy, combat suits jumping around and beeing able to shoot without getting hit. It would be okay if its possible to do so when wearing a Jetpack, but imo the Weapon should show the "hold down - cant shoot" animation while jumping to prevent this.
Dont get me wrong i also jump around as Marine but it annoys me myself. If it wouldnt work, i wouldnt do it :/
