DeluxeEdition folder not present in NS2 steam folder

I have the Deluxe DLC entry in steam so I know steam knows I'm eligible.

However when i check the NS2 steam folder the DeluxeEdition folder is not there.

I've restarted steam
Ive gone in the game and played many rounds (so i know its updated to newest version)
Ive verified cache
It still will not run update to download the folder
Verified make sure NS2 is up to date in steam settings

Any luck?

    Same boat here..even tried searching in my whole steam folder, have deluxe armour but no manual.

    Why do I think this is like the free copies and valves stuffed up?

    I also couldn't find it anywhere despite the "properties" tab of NS2 in Steam Library saying DLC Deluxe Edition was part of my purchase. I also tried the %appdata% thing to no avail.

    But there is hope! For anyone else looking for it, try this:

    After restarting my PC today I found the deluxe stuff in

    DRIVE\Steam\steamapps\common\NaturalSelection2\Deluxe Edition.

    NS2 was updated with 200Mb of more stuff on restarting and reconnecting to steam, and I think that is this stuff.

    Artbook and Music is present, as are the avatars. But I'm not sure how to activate the in-game marine armor. I haven't noticed anything when I'm spawning in....

    if you go to options in the game you should have a setting where you pick it. at least I do.

    The wallpapers look like something that should be in the art book. The style of the wallpapers is a turnoff for me to use them sadly >_<

    Weird, I wonder if like the free keys Valve are running these through in batches...seems like with keys some got them sooner than others.

    It took ages for my free key to come through, but only a day or so for the additional files.

    Is your steam up to date? I noticed on latest patch it mentioned something about issue with DLC (ie indicated l4d)....I would be thinking its valve giving it out in batches...I do have a fairly low steamid so might be sent based on that.

    I've restarted steam
    I've restarted computer
    Ive launched NS2 and played (now 228)
    I checked DLC tab in library in steam and it shows Deluxe edition RETAIL there.
    I go to the folder that everyone says should be there, but DeluxeEdition folder is NOT there...

    Please help...

    Could you try verifying your Steam cache for NS2 please?
