I've seen that problem before on my laptop. It's caused by buggy videocard drivers (or was, in my case).
For me the solution was to disable hardware acceleration in Flash:
1) In a web browser, right-click on a Flash animation/video and click "Settings..." (third from the bottom). 2) If you're not on the first tab (lower right corner), click on it 3) Uncheck "Enable hardware acceleration" and click "Close" 4) Restart the browser or application hosting Flash.
Give this a try and see if it helps. It's not necessarily a long-term solution, but it may work around the problem for you until you can figure out the root cause. In my case, the problem was eventually solved by upgrading my laptop's Intel graphics drivers.

Also video drivers is always a good place to start ( like what Guspaz said)
