When the fixes coming?

They released a game I cannot play, and haven't released a fix. I'm going to request a refund from Steam if this keeps up any longer.

Well it's been 24 hours+ now, hopefully they're getting there.

I would guess you wouldn't be the only one considering a refund though....

I'm a bit disappointed to be honest, I was really excited about the game but I keep getting disconnected after around 10 seconds. I wasnt able to play at all. I'm not even sure if the problem is mine, no one seems to be able to understand what is causing it and there are alot of people experiencing it. They must be very busy, but this is not the first game to be released with issues, and atleast in other cases you could find something in the forums, maybe something like, "we are trying to figure out what is causing the issue", but not from unknown worlds. Bah =(

They are working on fixing those pre-caching and DC issues

UWE doesn't tend to directly respond to technical support threads unfortunately. But I'm sure they DO keep track and are doing their best to get some fixes out.

I totally understand a game having issues when it comes out, specially server issues, but I was expecting some sort of information from them. Cause at the moment, I bought a game I cannot play and I have no idea if it's my connection or their servers. That's all. I'm not raging but you have to be honest. If you bought a car and it didn't start wouldn't you go back to the guy who sold it for answers? Anyway, hope I'll be able to play it soon, the game seems very good.

Been playing since alpha and I did not experience any of these crashing issues in the previous builds. If they would have just flipped the switch on build 226 I am sure there would have been less problems. Something in 227 changed and is causing these issues.

Anyway, yes, check the twitter feed for info.

Good to know that we have to check some third party website not related to the game for information concerning inability to play their game. Ya know, instead of actually posting it on their own forum, where people would actually be checking.

Patience is the word here, they know about the issue and are working on it. But it's not magically going to appear the instant you want it, sometimes bugs are hard to squash and sometimes very easy to fix. So please have some patience, a patch will come when it's done.

Also the devs mainly communicate through Twitter, so keep an eye on that one http://www.twitter.com/NS2

Im also an Alpha player, even the 4fps "games" didnt crash like this.

24hrs before release I was playing beta 226 with 60fps and smooth as butter, now Im left with nothing. I hope we are compensated for the 48hrs+ without the game.

Lets just hope they fix the issue, they need all the release they get to continue to support the game.
