After playing for a few hours what I thought was my FPS dropping was actually horrid Ping spikes. after playing for a few hours and monitoring the issue with net_stats in the console. I would have huge ping spikes locking up my game very intermittently no matter the server. This would happen multiple times in 30 seconds or I could go 10 minutes with no issue.
I rebooted my modem/router and ensured all drives are up to date with no luck. My speed tests show a stable connection and I went and played other games with no issues.
Any suggestions or others encountering the same issue?
