No servers showing at all

Server browser shows no servers, even after restart of Steam and refreshing.

Windows 7, net connect solid and it worked a while ago.

    For once, this wasn't an issue with the game, but with Steams servers. They are back now.

    Guys, open Library in steam and let it Sync. That always fix it for me.

    Here's another player with the issue.

    Beta had no such problems.

    Things I tried without any success:
    - Disable firewall
    - Reset router
    - Reinstall NS game (basically redownload it again first)
    - Repair NS game (it finds one error and fixes this, any next repair requests fixes the same file (is it really broken?))

    If it is still an issue for you:

    Leave the game.
    Go to steam library.
    Let the steam SYNC the Natural Selection 2.
    Wait for it to finish.
    Start the game again.
    Should work.


    The steam "server list server", who distributes the server list for players apparently went down.

    Thanks - tried that, watched it sync briefly and no luck! Any way to force this server list to download again?

    hmmm, worked for me...

    Make sure you don't filter out all the servers by filtering with too low ping (e.g 20 and you end up with 0 servers which have 20ping for you), 100% performance, full/empty filter on etc.
    So basically lower down the filter options.
