Game is crashing

I played the game in beta all up to release. Tonight, for whatever reason, my game has started to crash whenever I get into fights with other players. I have no idea why, but all the sudden the screen goes black, the sound starts looping, and the bug report prompt comes up. It's happened like 6 times tonight. :(

where are the known issues? any fixes??

this file is missing as well "materials/descent/descent_floor_01_a_normal.dds"
