    You may need to restart steam, then its in the options at the bottom of the menu =]

    I think the deluxe marine skin is already available, once you restart Steam.

    Has this material been sent out yet? I have not received anything. Nothing that's extra content in my game install directory. Only thing I have is Deluxe Armor in game.
