For the love of everyone who cares for this games success
if you have a mic, and you know how to comm, please please, jump in the comm chair/hive asap and stay in there, do not let a newbie go comm or it will ruin the fun for the whole team, make them learn and have fun on the ground, not screw up a whole game all by himself
if they do manage to comm, please tell them what to do, how to,and why

I am really hoping our community shows it's best on release. NS2 is a great game, but it really relies on how your team works together. It is our job as veteran players to help these new players out and ensure them a quality learning experience, but still having fun at the same time. I hope UWE adds some emphasis on new players trying out explore mode, would really help brief them on the basics before jumping ingame.
we should if the newb jumps into it, try not to let that happen, no one wants to wait 2 minutes to build a RT, you have a noob go comm that noob could make 15 other players bored, you have a noob not go comm, that noob will just be a noob by himself still learning about the game with a better chance of having fun , its win win if noobs dont comm
to make things much easier, be sure to use a mic to ask any questions
well here is an easy solution don't play on the green servers play on the normal servers the tips should keep the newbs off there
