Heya ppl. Have a nice free weekend coming up and i really want to try out NS2. In the even ppl dont look through the New player section , i figured id try a request here as well. Sry Mods =). If TOS does not forbid it , can anyone grant me access to their acc , if they are no longer using it for whatever reasons , or sell me a key to activate my Steam preorder , if that is even possible (i have the late one with no beta access ). Or ill just buy the game again from u , if it gives me the access now. =) If there is a way to make it work - lets do it =) Ty for consideration.

    Yeah , i know m8 =( When i made my steam preorder i realized that it does not come with beta access. Thats why ima here , looking for other ways =) Maybe somebody bought a game a while ago from the site with beta code included and didnt use it or smth =) I dont mind buying the game 2 times if it gives me the access now. I know , sounds silly... I am coming down with a serious case of impatience =) But since i can afford it - why not =) I just hope i am not annoying anyone here with these posts. I promise not to open any new topics and stick to this one =)

    Thats cool and makes sense. But do you think there is a chance some one will sell a key ? I saw some ppl looking for the beta key here , and they found em. I saw a guy in the Generosity thread that gave his acc for ppl to try . Looks like you are wrong ?

    Unless you're a big kahuna from the press/media you can get a "press key for NS2", but the beta itself is closed for all Steam Pre-Purchases. So unless there is someone out there with an unactivated pre-Steam key and is willing to part with it...

    Exactly Kouji San. Even though i already have a steam preorder , i am willing to buy another copy of the game if it gives me access now =) That is, if anyone will be willing to part with it. Like i said , if there is a way to make it work id like to try.

    Exactly. NS2 is tied to steam, and no way someone is getting my login details for that.

    In generosity thread somebody did =) But its not that. I am not with "i wanna see before i buy " or with " i have no money" crowd. Ill gladly pay. Id actually prefer to buy rather than loan from smbd. Less headache for all involved. BTW. Lets say smbd does have an unused old preorder that comes with beta access. Can i use that key to "activate" my copy of NS2 ? Or will it be like a separate game ?

    UPDATE No longer needed. Resolved thanks to the magnificent Camron. Praise him with great praise ! =))
