The white one is barely visible if you aim at a bright object.

    u can add mods which are very well done cross hairs already, and they are very easy to add thanks to UWE's mod menu system, but on some servers that add "server mods" it makes everything default which is really lame, ill only play on servers which allow my cross hairs as the default ones are slightly off center and too big for me, mod 3 cross hairs is recommended.
