Kanium - Looking for semi serious players! [EU]

You're new at Natural Selection or perhaps you have played quite a bit already, but you are looking for something not as hardcore but still semi serious? Kanium is looking for NS2 players to join their ranks. Currently we want to start building our Natural Selection 2 branch and work towards a decent roster. Our foremost aims are on constructing a sizable member pool. From there we want to look into the possibilities of competitive matches and our own server.
Do you want to be part of a group that aims to make a difference? Do you like the idea of being part of a group that values teamwork, loyalty and friendship? Then Kanium might be what you need for Natural Selection.
[b]THE KANIUM COMMUNITY[/b]
Kanium is a gaming community. We generally put our focus on one or two games but we play a wide variety of other games too. Were also looking into making detours into games like Battlefield 4 and Wildstar.
Our community also offers active forums with relevant game related news being updated there on a regular basis for our members to discuss. We also have a very active Teamspeak server, there is always someone to talk with and people hang around there in general for the company.
[b]OUR GOALS[/b]
To grow: No group will survive without new recruits. We actively seek like-minded players that share the same values as us. To find players with a good attitude, a sense of humor and willingness to learn.
Community: There will be a lot of places you can go to to play Natural Selection. However, if you want a group that aims to go higher than just Natural Selection, join Kanium. We want to focus on not just making a NS2 clan but on a gaming community that not only will play NS2, but many other games as a group in the future too. (Planetside 2 for example)
Forming a solid team: Eventually we want to mold our group of players into a solid team that will be regularly playing competitive clan matches and scrims. Maybe even more than that in the future?
Fun: Our primary focus is of course to have fun. Not having fun would make all this rather pointless wouldn't it?
[b]WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN RECRUITS[/b]
Activity: We want people that are active, people that enjoy going on Teamspeak and visit our forums to stay up to date. That show their face in game and not just stray away into the darkness after a few days. We plan to ensure a active community and will chop off the inactive/defunct fat on a regular basis.
Teamwork: We want people that enjoy and want to focus on working as a team.
Willingness to learn: Do you think you know it all? Then please don't apply to Kanium. We accept and appreciate input, but not elitist circle jerkiness . We want people that are willing to listen and learn. That want to better them self as a player.
Honest: You messed up? That's fine! just don't make Excuses, fess up and work towards improving your self. Everyone makes mistakes and no one is perfect.
Attitude and sense of humor: We look for good people with a good attitude and a sense of humor, who can add real value to our community.
You will probably have noticed we don't have any requirements like ''skill'' or amount of games played. that's because who you are as a player is far more important to us. Skill can always be trained but attitude or personalities is a completely different thing.
The main reason we play games is for fun. The Kanium Leadership aims for good organisation and at the same time keeping it straight, simple and effective. We want to strike a balance between all this and fun.

Afraid i'm not that Garmon mate xD
Funny, didn't expect this to follow me, i actually play EvE Online at the moment as 'Garmon Integra' and get similar questions and general confusion thrown at me there too. I rolled that name years back and wanted to use it in EvE too. But the name was taken, thus i added a last name to it. Who knew that at that time 'Garmon' would grow to become a renowned pvper in EvE online.
(I played EVE too..but I was never famous. Did work for CCP though :P)
Eve such a great game, unforgiving, money-based, mmo with through depth!
