Giant Constant ping spikes

So this has been happening since start of beta but I just figured it'd be eventually fixed. A few days ago it seemed to be working fine but now it's back. When entering any area of the map my ping will spike to over 800 and the game will freeze for several seconds. I'm fairly certain this is a network issue but I've never encountered this before on any other game.

Server browser also never shows pings below 150ish although for every other online game I play I can get pings more around 90 - 100.


I've played many other shooters online competitively before and just ruins the game as I can't effectively do anything. Anybody else having this issue?

    I get similar spikes where things just freeze for a few seconds but it ain't lag. Check your console the next time it happens - for mine, it was stating:

    Get entity (some number) but only 2048 entities, returning nil

    Over and over and something about not loading a file. It only happened on a few servers, intermittently, for me. The next time it happens I'll grab a screenshot.

    You're right VOR, this is what's causing mine as well. And it makes sense that it happens everytime I got to a new area of the map. I wasn't getting it for a few days but it's back in full force and I don't think I can fix it on my end.
