<div class="IPBDescription">DId you know that?</div> Okay i've learned that the aliens don't eat the marines. it just looks like it becuase of Bites. well, i leanred that they HIVE feeds THEM. they just bite and cause as much bleeding or wounds as possible to trhey're death.

Why do you think the dev team has said multiple times that there shall be no eating of bodies? Aliens don't eat humans.

Hm... this brings up an interesting question, however; how many of you read at least half the manual before playing?

EDIT: Bah, and say what you will, but I shall always refer to Gorges as "fatties." Helpful, cute, lit'l fatties.

Heh, and "sulk" is a word... basically, it means to mope around and feel sorry for one's self. What an odd alien force it would be if it were made up of sulks... sittin' around complainin' about how the hive doesn't appreciate their 1337 5ki115 anymore.

A lot of people call a Gorge, a "Gorg" (me included), because when you look at the score list, it cuts off the "e" at the end and many people think that's how it's spelled. I can see it now.

"Gorges filed a lawsuit against Taco Bell, the only remaining fast food chain, for causing their obesity. However, the gorges went into a wild frenzy after being called 'Pudgy' and 'Fatty', dropping sensory towers on people's heads and spewing extra-terrestial spit which in this reporter's opinion was actually strangely satisfying. Just because the skulk bite is intended to hurt targets doesn't mean they won't also eat. Resources feed the kharaa's needs for building and major bodily overhauls, but who's to say the skulk doesn't stick those little butt-tentacles into dead things and eat them to sustain its normal body functions?

Most of the type that I'm typing I'm also holding down 'e' and building, so some words get a bit interesting. "Gorg" isn't so bad, but in words where e is the only vowel it gets confusing. Maybe I should build with 'z'...

Actuly it's the old name we use to use, along. We'd either use that or the level # until the devs told us to stop, then they gave us the (at the time) new names.

Yes, I know skulks don't eat marines, but it's <i>fun</i> to say they eat them. I can understand if you're mentioning this out of annoyance that other players didn't read the manual. But there are those who just want to fool around too. Hell, I say I eat the aliens when I'm a marine. Especially if I roast them with the welder or gl.
