It's all lacking except the RAM. Let me just post my findings as usual and let you make up your mind of the current state of the game, for build218
<b>C2D E6420@2.13Ghz 1066FSB, DDR2-800@400Mhz</b> - 18-22FPS in general (FPS spikes up to ~35-45FPS) - 12-16FPS in combat - ~10-15FPS in heavy combat more than 6 people -- Heavy hitching with more then 6 players in a room, but this is ~500Mhz below minimum requirements

All that said, all the devs are working on the performance, and i see improvements whit ever new build. The last week alone i have a average fps increase of 5.
I'm running AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.01 GHz 4GB RAM ATI Radeon HD 4850 32-bit win 7 (yeah so I can only use 3 GB RAM)
I don't usually go over 30 fps when in game. When in combat it drops of course. Heave combat..like 1-2 exo it's unplayable. When exos are assaulting the hive, the game just crashes. So basically I can't play any games that are in an advanced state:/
