Invisible Walls/characters once again..

Hi guys, Ive loved NS ever since NS1 and i preordered NS2 rather early, but, on the early builds of NS2 when it was pretty fresh, ive had this issue that you can see below, where my system cant seem to load walls nor characters - only certain textures as you can see. I thought that this problem would be fixed on later builds, so Ive waited so many months and reinstalled NS2 and the result is the same. Does anyone have a solution to this? I dont believe this could be only me!

i5 2500k OC
8gb ram
HD7970 3gb Radeon
W7
