Freddiew?

Freddiew + NS2 = dreams come true
So, I was looking at the tweet about all of the different youtube channels, and saw Freddiew on it. I have been watching his stuff almost since they started and I have always been very impressed.

First of all, it is a crying shame that CorridorDigital is not also on the list. They are an absolute must.

Second, am I the only one who is trying not to get giddy about even the idea of getting a recreation of something like Six Days in Sanjii? I don't know that it would be terribly feasible anyway, but I cannot imagine how awesome it would be if done right, and how many people would see it.(over 1 million subs and almost 5 million views on the last episode in a week? Yeah, kind of a lot.)

Anyway, I am sure that it would be very difficult to do well, but I can hardly imagine it wouldn't be worth it.

Anybody else?

He did that live action Battlefield 3 video right? That was pretty good.

Yeah, he's done some incredible stuff. The aliens would be hard to do, but I would love to see it happen

Pretty sure they're just looking for some people to play the game on YouTube like TotalBiscuit...

True, but Freddiew has a way of making videos of games they really like or who give them cool incentives. I honestly think that any Natural Selection movie would be far too complicated for them with the need for Marine armor and really extensive CG, etc. The idea gets me really excited though...

Also, I have never seen them do any sort of Let's Play sort of thing, although they might do them on their secondary channel... I just hope that Charlie and the team take a closer look at Freddiew's channel and what could be possible here to promote their awesome game and make an awesome movie.

because modern military gear is readily aviable.. its quite a different, and more expensive thing to build TSF armor from scratch, and build fitting set pieces. even though freddie is a youtube celeb, he still has to work on a small budget. i heard the most expensive piece of equipment he ever used was a borrowed "red cam" they got to use for free for that day , for that battlefield thing. everything else is stuff his friends bring with them, or whats in his props storage

FreddieW and the Corridor Digital crew do play games together and put them up on youtube but on a different channel: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=unOvBsOsngg
