Basicly, everytime i pulled the trigger, I would taunt <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
That was back in my sniping days, when I would be getting close to 90% accuracy anyway, so I diddn't make my self look like a fool much anyway.
Works well for both teams <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

Hide as any type of alien in a vent, chuckle, and watch every marine in the adjoining room lose ammo, time, and their wits as they slow down saying amongst themselves "what was that?"
Even better is to "train" them to act the way you want them to. Psychological warfare lesson!
Let's say you have a room the marines own with structures of any type. Attacking the room only provokes them to build/protect it more.
Step 1: wait in adjoining vent. chuckle every 15-45 seconds; don't make it regular, make it fairly random so they associate the sound of chuckling with a nonexistent threat Step 2: once you're certain they don't stop and look around upon hearing chuckling, chuckle once more. Step 3: immediately make them regret the fact that you had enough patience to do 1 and 2 <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Or just spam chuckle on such a regular and often basis that some of them associate it with a sound bug. Catch them while they're in the menu---cheap, but it might work. Never tried it, though
Oh dear god! Nicegame is TurdBurglar in game! I have played with him! I kept trying to explain to him the burglared isn't a word, its burglarized but he wouldn't listen.

An admin did a vote on a server once to see if burglared was a word. According to 13 out of 15 people it is a word. Im wrote a letter to websters dictionary and they said thyere gonna add it in the next edition. Thats the beauty of the english language, you can invent your own words.

Pity the game started sucking.
I admit it can be amusing periodicly (especialy if they are just designed for a laugh on both sides) but watching them spam out just sorta blows
"Your bullets sting like the sting of many...bullets"
"I really should have a bind for when I own someone"
That was from my CS days when I could keep a 5-1 record or better using only TMP and knife.
my cool bind
"Someone get the license plate and registration, I have just been violated!"
Also
"Thats gonna hurt come winter"
"Gonna rip em a new one"
And anything else funny from Duke Nukem
"I swear the squirrels are bigger this year"
Works well for both teams <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
bind "p" "say_team Ingesting suicide pill...;wait;wait;wait;wait;wait;wait;wait;wait;kill"
The waits accumulate to no more than a couple nanoseconds, but they do keep it from feeling instant and boring.

"I ain't afraid of no man"
"What the hell are you?"
Or from Duke
"An inspiration for birth control"
"Has anynoe seen my tin-fiol hat?
"Owies, thats gonna leave a mark"
Haha ironic.
