file not found error

<div class="IPBDescription">start up error</div>I just installed the game,
it crashed 1 time when i was loading..
now when i try to play (play now), or join a server it gives me a "file not found" error,
and places me back to the menu!
can anyone help me with this?

and I have no clue if I have to download stuff seperately!
now I could get into a game,
but no vision because the game cant load any models
