Config folder files

My server has been updated to the latest patch but I dont have any .json files in the config folder.
I was looking to set up some admin accounts using the built in admin system released with the last patch (211/212).

    How do you create a .json, with txtpad? I did read that post here :<a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/wiki/index.php/Dedicated_Server#Server_Admin_System" target="_blank">NS2 Wiki</a> but the links did not work on that page. I guess I'll give it a shot.

    create a serveradmin.txt and change the extension to serveradmin.json
    and you can edit with notepad and other ...

    I created the files and still nothing. My mapcycle.txt does not work either. Now in FTP my server folder is the server's ip address. Does it need to be changed to Natural Selection 2 for the pathing to work. For example, currently it is: serverIPaddress/config instead of Natural Selection 2/config

    your file are in "%appdata%/Roaming/Natural Selection 2/config" ?

    At this point im not sure. I am not the GSP so I only have access as far as FTP takes me.
