Marine hud. Seeing 2 percentages when building is a bit strange

I'm not an everyday ns2 player. More like 5 times a month.
Seeing 2 different percentages on the hud, welder & crosshair, when i build something is a bit strange / confusing.
Is it normal? :)
I feel that it's info for the commander, and i don't have to see any other percentage except the one that i'm building.

    one is the health (welder, crosshair), one is the building-progess (building-tool). health obviously starts higher than 0% so there is actually a difference. you still might want to know both because the building could be damaged before the building-progress is finished.

    I see. Maybe they can make it easier to distinguish in the future.

    On a somewhat related note, I actually think the 'health' hover-percentage on everything is a bit too big - it's quite obtrusive having 24pt text in your face whenever you look at anything...
