Invisible walls/characters...

So i have this problem where i cant see anything when i am ingame, only the background image on the map itself aswell as some effects.. The characters and the walls are completly gone.
I did not have this bug before, it came up after 2 patches back iirc. Ive had some help ingame to see how to fix this, two of them being to validate the cache files and keep changing graphic settings, but these just wont do the trick. Anyone else had similar problems or has any ideas on how to fix this? :(
