Linux .so Corrupting

<div class="IPBDescription">Read The Title!</div> My server was working fine for a few weeks, then a few days ago, the .so started corrupting. After the server has been on for a few hours, it crashes, and then when i log into FTP, i see that the file size changes to around 25 kb.     flaya, on my client, i have had to reinstall 3 times because either the maps or the client dll has been corrupted. I play alot and i'm on and off my server alot. (constantly tweaking the server ya know) but i have not had problems like that witht he server.

    The first problem I am not sure about but the second I had myself.And reason was bad memory chip in computer on my client.then it says that map is not same and redownloading and other weird ideas

    Sounds like hardware failure. Do you run anything else that's resource intensive? If so, any problems there?

    Possibly bad RAM. Seen a few boxes that behave normally until the memory usage climbs up to where the buggy portion of a memory chip gets tickled.

    Check for overheating as well.
