NS2 + steam problems or bug?

Hello, I had a problem when I want to start NS2, it was saying error "“The Steam Servers are currently too busy to handle your request.
Please try again in a few minutes." It was doing for 4-5 days, so i reinstalled steam and downloanded NS2 from steam again, now I can start the game, but I cant see any server now. can some1 help me ?
Windows 7 64bit
AMD X3 720
Geforce GTS 250
4GB ram
