it's the one that allows you to do something that the game doesn't intend.

I posted one because exploit has already spread to several servers. I would understand doing so if exploit was something arcane that doesn't leave every player on the server knowing how to reproduce it. Moreover that exploit got fixed by players after someone posted it in second topic. Owners of not updated servers didn't lose anything.
It's definitely better to ask people to send PMs or direct emails for exploits. If you have decent testers or proskills community members you can generally get to the bottom of things before they become public knowledge.
