Create a Server and Start the game solo.

<div class="IPBDescription">Start the resources extraction.</div>Hi, is there a way to create a LAN server and start the game in order to test being marine/alien commander with "Lan Ping/latency", without enemies offense, etc?

Because i can't raise my resources when i create a test game.
Also tried, "dev 1" "addbots" commands and nothing.
