GUI Library for the Tools?

Just wondering if anyone knows if a library is being used to create the GUI for the Editor/Spark or if they're simply using the Windows API? What library is it if they are just using a library? Note: I don't mean the in-game GUI system.

It's wxWidgets, they mentioned it in one of the blog posts.
